Return orders are not accepted for orders abroad.
If you receive a wrong order or do not receive it at all because of us or the courier company, the amount will be refunded on the same card used for trading, in 10 days.
Digital products are considered services by the legislation in force and are only transmitted in electronic format, so there are no physical products to be delivered to the customer. Payment for digital books is made

Digital products (ebooks) are an exception to the usual return conditions as they are considered services by the legislation in force.
THE CUSTOMER HAS THE OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE ON SITE AND ENSURE THAT DIGITAL PRODUCTS THEY INTEND TO PURCHASES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE DEVICES THEY INTEND TO USE, BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASES.
When the customer has received a valid download link, according with the order placed on the site, it will be considered that the service that OneBook was obliged to provide was fulfilled and accepted by the client. The download links offered to customer cannot be withdrawn once they have been sent, and as long as they are functional under the conditions and for the devices specified on the site, OneBook will be considered to have fulfilled all obligations towards the client. In these situations it is not possible to return the value of these services.
Return of products for Romania
According to the provisions of the Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, regarding the protection of consumers when concluding and executing distance contracts, the client has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 10 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The term of 10 working days provided for the exercise of this right starts to run from the date of receipt of the package by the consumer. The right to return within 10 working days is addressed only to customers who have purchased products online from the site www.onebook.ro. The customer undertakes to notify OneBook before sending the return, his intention to return the purchased products, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing: the date of sending the package, the order number, the amount to be returned and the bank account data. Customer is responsible for ensuring that products are returned within a maximum of 10 business days of receiving the package, otherwise OneBook may refuse the package.
The consumer is responsible for paying the costs of returning the products to OneBook. The products will be returned only in the original packaging together with the invoice and only if they have not been damaged. Books should not have bent corners, damaged backs, spots on the cover or pages. OneBook also reserves the right to subsequently refuse to honor other orders from customers whose actions are deemed to have been performed in bad faith and who may be liable for damages, in accordance with applicable law. Reimbursement of amounts will be made within 30 days from the unilateral denunciation made in writing and sent electronically. Refunds may be deferred until receipt of the returned products or receipt of proof that the products have been shipped.
For orders paid with the card, the amount will be refurnded on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days from accepting the return.
